PRICES SWEDEN

All prices on brautigams.se are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT (currently 12% on food). The prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices listed in the e-shop on the day you place the order.

PRICES NORWAY

All prices on brautigams.no are stated in Norwegian kroner and exclude VAT. The prices are updated continuously. The prices that apply are the prices listed in the e-shop on the day you place the order. Import and customs fees are added, which the customer pays himself.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided when ordering.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is made with Klarna. In order for a company to be able to pay against an invoice, a valid organization number must be provided when ordering. We reserve the right not to invoice companies that we consider not creditworthy.

DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN SWEDEN

When ordering, delivery normally takes place within 5 working days of ordering, unless otherwise stated with the product. Goods can only be sent within Sweden.

For all orders under SEK 500, a shipping cost is added, which is calculated based on the weight. We no longer sell against cash on delivery as there have unfortunately been too many people who have not redeemed their goods.

We ship most orders with DHL via nShift and are governed by their delivery guarantees regarding distribution. All orders are made to the nearest postal delivery point.

Bräutigams is not responsible for transport damage incurred from warehouse to customer. Goods damaged in transport must be notified to DHL immediately.

DELIVERY TERMS EXPORT NORWAY

When ordering, this is normally sent within 1-2 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated with the product.

For all orders under NOK 650, a shipping cost is added, which is calculated based on the weight. The customer is responsible for customs duties for imports to Norway.

We ship most orders with DHL via nShift and are governed by their delivery guarantees regarding distribution. All orders are made to the nearest postal delivery point.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

The goods are at your delivery point 10-14 days after arrival before being sent back.

For undelivered packages, we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs for return shipping and handling costs, currently SEK 249, as well as full payment for the purchased item. Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.

STOCK

All goods in our webshop are in stock. We reserve the right, however, against any final sales that have not been updated on the website. If you ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified of this by e-mail. You will then also receive information when the product is expected to be back in stock. You can then choose to wait for such goods before delivery or for what is available to be delivered immediately. If you paid by card, we will of course send other goods for the corresponding amount or pay back the corresponding sum, if you do not want to wait for delivery of the ordered item. We do not backlist sold-out products.

FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS

All cases of fraud, attempted fraud, false orders, misuse of documents and falsification of documents are immediately reported to the police. In connection with ordering, we register all technical information requested by police and prosecutors.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

We follow the laws and regulations that exist in the area. The Distance Contracts Act applies to the Act on consumer protection in the case of distance and home sales. For both returns and complaints, you must first contact us at info@brautigams.se. Reimbursement only takes place after we have received the returned item.

Should an item be damaged or defective in any other way or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@brautigams.se so that we can correct the error.

In the case of all types of complaints, e.g. damaged goods or missing goods in the delivery, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Please state contact number, order number and which goods apply. Also explain the problem so that we can help you more easily. The faulty item must be unused in its original packaging. After receiving the fault report, we will send a pre-paid return label and mixed kit for the damage or fault report

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT

Right of withdrawal does not apply to food. However, should we fail in quality, you are welcome to contact us.
